Q: Can you provide samples? How long does it take?
A: Yes, samples are available. A sample test is often our best chance to get to know each other, We have no reason to refuse this reasonable request. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made successfully, the sample will be sent within 3 to 5 working days.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT. It usually takes 3-6days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
A: Yes, of course. We welcome our customers to contact us for OEM/ODM. We can not only customize the product logo for you, but also can design the packaging box/product ID design according to your requirements.
Q: Are your products conforming to our standards?
A: Yes,our products can pass the testings as you require, e.g. CE/FCC/RoHS ISO9001 etc.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have reliable and strict quality control system,100% aging testing before packaging.Third party inspection are also acceptable.
Q: Any discount possible if I place an order?
A: It depends on the specific situation of your order. Generally speaking, the larger the order quantity is, the more discount we can give you. We always insist on giving you the best price, the best products, and the most considerate after-sales service.
Q. Can you accept mixed order?
A: Yes,no problem.Different model,different price.We are pleased to give you reasonable price as soon as possible.
Q: How to return if product defective?
A: 1) All products are under one year warranty. We will replace for you for free if the product you receive is defective.
2) Please send the goods back to us only if you contact us for details return process and make sure everything goes smoothly.
Q: Can you provide dropshipping services?
A: Yes, we can. We have lots of experiences for dropshipping services, and we have in stcok which can support small MOQ orders.
How to order:
1)Tell us Model name, quantity, color and other special requirements if any.
2) Proforma Invoice will be made and sent for your approval.
3)Production will be arranged upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit.4) Goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice.Payment:
1) Paypal/Western Union/T/T acceptable;2) 30% deposit and 70% before shipping all goods out is acceptable for big order;After-sale services:1) 3 months warranty for atomizer,6 months warranty for battery.
2)Please send us pictures and video for our confirmation. Then we will replace the broken parts with new parts in the next order
