Uncoiler and Welding Put the Galvanized sheet or Aluminum sheet on the uncoiler, and welding with the end of last coil sheet, make them go into the color process.

2.Steel sheet through looper into cleaning tank
The looper will adjust the speed of the steel sheet and keep the process running continuously.
The cleaning tank will clean some Zinc granular and Oil of the sheet surface. Temperature about 60ºC.

3.Color painting
Since color painting cause Air heavily polluted, so color painting will finish in a closeness room, then the Air will be cleaning treatment and exhaust.

4.Baking and drying
The steel sheet will get into furnace for baking and drying, for fixed Color. The temperature of furnace is 220ºC.
5.There is anotherlooper when the steel sheet out of furnace. Looper adjust speed to save time for Packing. And the steel sheet will Air cooling during looper.
Factory will keep piece of sample for test: Cut them to check the painting sole laying perfectly, and stamping to check if the painting will fall off.
