Description:
1. The roller drive and cold pressing of our molding machine are all used servo motor acceleration and deceleration to complete accurate position control. This control method does not have the problem that the position of the drum cannot be accurately positioned due to mechanical wear. Thereby greatly improving the service life of the mold. And it is not easy to block the network, which improves the utilization rate of the machine.
2. Our machine adopts sub-transmission design. That is, the three parts of transfer, roller and cold pressing are completed by 3 servo motors. The three motors are organically linked through PLC, and can be turned on individually or jointly. Not only is the start-up operation simple, but the transfer speed can be greatly improved due to the separate control of the transfer, which greatly improves the output of a single machine.
3. The machine has a high degree of automation. Once the machine fails, the machine will automatically stop.
4. Designed with cold pressing mechanism. The machine is extruded by a cold die during the suction process, and the moisture in the product will be squeezed out and sucked out by the vacuum at the same time. Compared with the products produced by machines without cold pressing, the water content is reduced by more than 6% to 8%. Reduce the load of the drying room and save energy. (The profit of the egg tray industry mainly depends on the consumption of energy. The smaller the energy consumption per unit of output, the greater the profit.)
5.The molding machine has good brushing and brushing functions, the product is neat around, there is no burr, and the time for brushing is reduced. Increased run time and increased daily output.

The buyer make the 30% deposite,the 70% balance will be paid by TT within 7 days before delivery or the buyer open 100% irrevocable L/C at sight as the appointed bank of the seller.

4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150  per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daliy life(including the daliy meal ,traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User's factory.

5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us . And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

6. How long is your machine's warranty period?
Seller warrants the products for 13 months from the B/L date.
