If the feeding amount is too large, the electrical overload of the feeding device will occur: if the feeding amount is too small, it will not form a ball.Therefore, proficient operating skills are an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of the steel slag ball pressing machine. 2,The main transmission system consists of an electric motor and three belts-- Reduction - Open front joint top bearing is required for production pressure. 
The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is rotated by a belt pulley and a worm reducer to forcibly press the pressed material into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the material pressure of the screw feeder is equal to the required material quantity of the host machine, a constant supply pressure can be maintained to ensure stable pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the electric overload of the feeding device will not form a ball if the feeding amount is too small. Therefore, proficient operating skills are an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of the briquette briquetting machine.

The active shaft and passive shaft of the briquette press ball machine are ensured to operate synchronously through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The roller skin is cast. After special heat treatment, the hardness can reach over 58 degrees. The roller skin is assembled in combination and can be replaced after wear. The mineral powder ball pressing machine has a buffer device, which can better protect the equipment from hard object impact. The mineral powder ball pressing machine is designed with an adjustable ball bowl device to ensure that the two sets of leather ball bowls are within the adjustable range without misalignment.

Requirements for material forming by ball pressing machine: 1. The particle size of the material can be up to 5mm. 2. No metal objects are allowed in the material. Otherwise, the surface of the roller skin will be damaged. 3. The material supply must meet the requirements, and it is advisable to use a screw feeder with adjustable speed to observe the amount of returned material and adjust the supply of new material.
