The standard warranty period is 12 months. Any damaged parts during the warranty period can be shipped free by express to you and we will offer lifetime technical support and troubleshooting service. The warranty period starts from the normal commissioning at the customer's place. If the commissioning fails due to the customer's installation site or other causes, the warranty period starts 4 weeks after the product arrives at the customer's place.2. What is the lead time and delivery time for your CHP system?
Lead time: normally 60 days.
Delivery time: shipping by sea takes around 90 days; shipping by railway or truck takes 35-45 days.4. What are your payment terms?
