Automatic Single Station Vacuum Gel Filling Machine (including stirring system)
1. Application: used for gel filling for 12V medium battery.
2. Operation: manually adjust the width of guide strip when changing different battery models; Adjust the height of the machine head; Adjust the nozzle to the appropriate position, convenient and reliable adjustment, simple and quick operation. After determining the battery model, the amount of gel to be filled is manually set by the human machine interface of the machine, and the computer automatically adjusts the amount of gel to be filled to each nozzle. The machine will automatically feed the battery into the machine, the positioning is accurate by the photoelectric switch, the head of the machine will automatically lower to the position, the computer will automatically complete the whole process of vacuum, gel filling and circulation, after gel filling, the battery will be automatically sent to the next process.
3. Features: numerically controlled quantification, through the rotary encoder to adjust the measuring cylinder.
