Ultra filtration is a separating technology by using membrane, which is used for separating the solutions containing useful and non-useful admixtures. HZVODE is the biggest manufacturer providing Ultra filtration membrane shells in China, various of modules are available in HZVODE. Sales marketing shares in China we accounted for about 80%. The materials of Ultra Filtration membrane housings have UPVC, ABS, CPVC, and the sizes have 50mm,90mm,140mm,160,165mm,180mm,200mm,216mm,219mm,225mm,250mm,273mm,315mm,etc.  OEM or ODM are also welcomed to develop together.

Advantages:
  1. The specific gravity is only one sixth of that of cast iron pipe, convenient installation and transportation, saving time and labor cost.
  2. Having good acid resistance, alkali resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance.
  3. Inner wall is smooth, small flow-resistance, anti-fouling.
  4. Good chemical stability, and the normal service life can reach about 50 years.
  5. The flame can extinguish after leaving the fire.
  6. The tensile strength can reach 45 Mpa, the working pressure can reach 1.6 Mpa at normal temperature.
  7. Using glue to bond, no need to process thread, convenient and fast working.
