Complaint
The pulp slag separator is ideal for tailings processing in waste paper pulping systems. It adopts closed operation, no slurry splashing, good treatment effect, reduced fiber loss, low slagging treatment cost, and special equipment for treating tailings of fiber separators and pressure screens. The slag separation machine is operated under normal pressure and closed, with continuous slag discharge, no clogging and splashing of water, no vibration, no noise, no need for special care, the fiber recovery rate of about 70%, reducing fiber loss, slag concentration is 15%-20 %.
Advantage
The processed coarse slag has less fiber content and basically contains no moisture, which reduces the cost of subsequent slag processing.
The specially designed rotor has low friction force, which ensures the integrity of slag discharge and realizes the efficient separation of waste slag and slurry.
The openable upper cover makes maintenance easier and more convenient.
Equipped with flushing water pipe to reduce clogging of the screen basket and fiber loss.
