Process flow: Composite--->Die cutting----->Forming -------> Layer Seal

1. Compound die cutting, 9 sheets of paper by gluing hot pressing compound punching, the fastest punching speed of 40 times/min (can be replaced knife, fork, spoon punching mold), punching after the conveyor belt output manual collection.
2. Forming: the cutting knife and fork spoon is placed in the fixed fixture, the manipulator takes the parts to the lower die of the forming mold (double station forming), and the slide rail is moved to the forming machine to complete the type. After forming the product by the manipulator into the sealing fixture, after dipping glue, drying, manual collection.

Process flow: Several sheets of web paper are automatically glued by a rubber roller (food-grade environment-friendly water-based adhesive), and then blanked by hot pressing compound (stamping mold shape can be changed). After blanking, the paper is automatically stacked and output.
 

VI.Formed sealing layer

Process flow: the semi-finished products after die cutting are put into the fixture, grabbed by the manipulator to the molding station (the molding mold can be replaced), the molded products are transported to the sealing part by the track, the clamp device is inserted by the manipulator, the chain track drives the products to glue and dry, and the output is collected and packaged.

--How to install the equipment?

--Due the corona breakout in global, the seller would not arrange engineer outside to install, all the service would change to online service.

--If the corona finished,how to install? And how long it will last?

--The seller will send 1 engineer to install, test the machine and train customers' workers in buyers' factory.

   It will take about 1 week for the entire installation and training.

--What are the additional costs of installation?

--The buyer should cover engineers' salary, visa cost, Round air tickets, accommodations, transportation in buyers' country, food, medical care, safety cost, and related cost happens in buyers' country. Also, the buyer should prepare enough labor, electric wire outside the control panel and tools for installations.

--Who pay for the Engineer's Salary?And how much?

--The buyer pay for the  Engineer's Salary.It's USD 80/day, depending on how the engineer make you satisfied. The date he arrives and leaves shall be counted as paid day.

--What are the product warranty service terms?

--Warranty period for the delivered equipment will be 12month after completion of erection but not later than 18months after shipment. In case any item proves to be defective and the damage is confirmed by seller's technicians within this period, the seller will at their choice either send engineer to repair or supply a new one for replacement free of charge on the basis of CNF delivery.

Note:The above item does not include the parts, which have regular spares or the parts damaged from normal wear, abnormal operation, improper maintenance and inadequate civil works. The seller is not liable for any production loss under any circumstances.

--How about the Packing condition about the equipment?

--As per export standard, they will also be treated before delivery against damage and rusting.
