Vertical high-speed glass washing machine
1) The washing box body is made of thickened stainless steel, and the components and screws in contact with water are made of stainless steel or waterproof aluminum.
2) The washing machine adopts upper drive and double layer structure, which can avoid aging and water leakage of the sealing element of the washing box and facilitate maintenance.
3) The washing machine is driven by an integral rubber roller. The distance between the two rubber rollers is automatically adjusted by the spring according to the different thickness of the glass to be cleaned, and the glass of 3-12mm can be cleaned.
4) Three stage washing, six high-quality 1010 nylon wire brushes with a diameter of 150mm plus four sprays, clean the glass at a fast speed of 8-12m per minute, and can clean LOW-E and coated glass.
5) It is equipped with a device to automatically identify LOW-E and coated glass, which can automatically identify the front and back of LOW-E and coated glass. A pair of coarse brushes will automatically yield to avoid damage to the film.
6) The air knife and backrest frame in the drying box are all made of stainless steel to avoid secondary pollution after glass washing.

Outer glass pressing section
1) Outer glass, fast;
2) Imported air cylinder and photoelectric switch are used for accurate positioning;

4) The guide rail, sliding block and pulley are processed by numerical control.
5) The special design structure makes the transmission wheel more durable.

Aluminum frame positioning
1) Firstly, the hollow design is adopted, and the matte lamp is adopted. The lamp tubes are reasonably distributed, without hurting people's eyes.
2) The aluminum gasket adopts special design for positioning, which is accurate and can automatically inject the height and thickness of glass, saving labor;
3) Double direction positioning is adopted for side positioning and down positioning, which is convenient, fast and accurate;
4) Special emergency stop function. If a piece of glass is found to be misplaced or reversed during the operation of the equipment, the corrected glass can be suspended, and the installation process can be resumed without removing all the glass

 

Pressing machine
1) The hydraulic pressure is used to control the combination of the plate press, so that the pressure of the plate press is constant and the sealing performance of the hollow glass is better.
2) The plate pressure air floatation is directly led into the national standard rectangular tube, which is conducive to the air floatation conduction without blocking. The glass runs in place, and the board is not grooved. The board is not easy to deform.
3) The glass positioning cylinder in the plate adopts an inclined plug-in structure, which is impact resistant and ensures that the glass runs in place
