Description
BCMC Machinery BCNC-450J is a kind of multifunctional stone processing machine. Combine the saw with the water jet together. Practical and easy in stone cutting. The feature of saw blade is powerful and directly in cutting. Water jet is unlimited in cutting and need less controlling in direction turning. Combine them in one so to get the better controllabitity. This machine can cutting quantities of stone slab style. It can dealing with the the slab of granite, marble, quarts, limestone and other rising new ceramic material. The cutting is precisely and beauty. Suitable for processing the countertop, sink, luxury stone, tiles and so on. Handling the precise intricate shape or pattern is a piece of cake.

Main Features:
  1. Fully 5 interpolated axes which can move in X, Y, Z axis together with the cutter head turning and rotating in one time automatically.
  2. Italian ESA CNC 19" touch screen control system. Easy control and interactivity.
  3. KMT-H20 JET50 super-pressure pump equipped with Siemens PLC and motor.
  4. Automatic rotation and position for saw blade and water jet.
  5. Powerful processing ability. Easy handling the curved surface and precise work like circle, oval and polygon.
  6. The absolute precision of the movements is guarantee by a state of art transmission on linear ball guide, moved by servo motors through high precision helical gears and racks.
  7. Automatic cross cutting repeatedly by easy one-button.
  8. Available for manual cutting for doing some simple machining work.
  9. RTCP tool point tracking function ensure precision machining easy.
  10. Photographing function help for slab nesting and avoiding defects.
  11. Cutter head can rotate in 90 degrees and tilt in 45 degrees automatically for chamfer work.
  12. The workbench can tilt in 85 degree and rotate all around.
  13. USB connection. Easy to connect and upload your CAD/CAM files to the machine.
