2.1 Overview
LW1000 multi-screen controller adopts a pure hardware system structure and utilizes fast internal bus and FPGA to process pictures, having a quick starting speed and good stability, and enabling real-time display of picture signal. It can be widely applied in the control center of LCD, LED and DLP, video wall in urban traffic, electric power, telecommunications, monitoring, meeting, public security system.
In a video wall projection system, a multi-screen splicing control system, as the core of signal processing of the system, decides the effect and quality of display, the flexibility of operation, and the reliability of the entire system to a large extent. It is used for splicing application system graphics on a plurality of local area networks, real-time multi-way video images, and RGB signals. A projection unit can directly display multi-screen splicing pictures input, without any need of digital simulation of signal/analog digital signal processing, and capable of reducing latency and jittering of signal, and maintaining high quality of pictures.

The LW1000 multi-screen controller processes pictures based on a fast internal bust and FPGA, is of high bandwidth, and can display input video, computer and other signal sources in real time. Besides, the operation of windowing is fast.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller adopts a pure hardware system structure, 4U/7U/13U chassis ,with no operating system, of high stability, capable of continuous working for a long time, and fast to be started.

All media boards of the LW1000 multi-screen controller supports hot plugging.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller can open 16 windows (composite video) in a single screen, displaying high-quality images dynamically and in real time in the form of window. These windows can be displayed together in the same screen, providing a strong information display ability.
The control software of the LW1000 multi-screen controller supports voice control. Thus user can start up or shut down the video wall, call effects, and display and close captions via a microphone.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller supports cascading. When a single processor is insufficient to meet customer's needs, a multi-screen controller of a super-large scale can be formed by cascading.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller adopts a modular design, easy to maintain, and of high reliability.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller supports hardware captions, through which the color, font, and size of captions can be customized.
System could detect real-time temperature of Input and Output card, alarm protection will be trigged while over regulated temperature.
The LW1000 multi-screen controller supports group dragging and releasing of a plurality of windows.
Preview input signal source and play real-time signal source at the control software interface synchronously.
LW1000 controller could be controlled by B/S.C/S and APP control.
