directly with our customers.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?
Samples are provided before the start of a new project so that we can ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product.
Samples are charged because they are more costly.
Q: Do you support custom sizes?
We're more than happy to take your custom-sized order! All you need to do is tell us what kind of product you want,
and we will do the rest.
Q: What kind of payment method is accepted? What is the payment term?
We accept any convenient and prompt payment methods, such as: T/T, Western Union, Credit Card and L/C, etc.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive the goods I ordered?
It takes around up to 4 weeks to deliver your order with no order customization but may take longer with customization.
This is because we ensure that every customized rack you order is uniform and high quality.
Q: Can you replace products that are damaged during delivery?
Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong even though we ensure top-notch safety. When this happens we're here to help!
You can contact our customer support team and they'll provide you the assistance that's needed.
Q: What do I do if my order is delayed?
We have a detailed delivery schedule. We'll keep you updated about any potential delays or complications.
Please expect minimal delays in order processing and delivery.
Q: Do you have the test and audit service?
A: Yes, we support third party audits and we can assist in obtaining specified product test reports and specified
factory audit reports.
Q: What's your after-sale service?
A: We offer a one year warranty, and we can provide warranty service as long as the problem occurs within one year under
reasonable use circumstances. In addition, we offer a remote installation guidance service if you have questions about installation.
Q: What's the surface treatment of your plant transport carts?
A: You can choose from electric galvanized, hot galvanized or colorful power coating.
Q: How should I make the danish carts stop immediately during the transfer of the plants?
A: If you need to stop immediately on the way to transfer your plants, we can install wheels with brakes on your
danish cart so that it will be easy for you to operate.
Q: Will the flower transport cart tilt if I put more than one plant at a time?
A: Our danish cart are stable, so you can put your plants and flowers on them without worrying about collapsing or tilting.
But it's better not to overload for a longer shelf life.
Q: What should I do if my plants are too tall?
A: The height between the shelves is adjustable, you can adjust the shelves according to the height of your plants.
Just insert the pins on the shelves into the holes on the posts.
Q: Can the angle of the shelves be adjusted?
A: Yes, our display type flower trolleys can meet your requirements. You can adjust different angles according to its designs.
