ΦPRODUCT INTRODUCTION1 Overview
The door type is divided into two types of one-way and two-way push-pull, with
upper load bearing and lower guide, and can be installed indoors or outdoors.
The gate is mainly composed of guide rails, walking wheels, door openers,
door leaves, casings, transmission components, and control systems. The
door leaf is suspended on the guide rail through the traveling wheel, and the
door opener drives the traveling wheel through the transmission assembly, so
as to realize the opening and closing of the door leaf. The traveling wheel
adopts a four-wheel structure. There is a lower guide on the lower part of the
door leaf, which can effectively limit the front and rear deflection of the door
leaf. The control system is equipped with a safety anti-collision device. If the
door leaf touches an obstacle when opening and closing, it will stop
immediately or return to the fully open state. And optional automatic device
(remote control or light control).
There are 47 types of door opening widths, both of which are electric and
manual.
2 Door material and production
2.1 The door leaf is made of color steel and stainless steel sandwich panels,
filled with rigid polyurethane or polystyrene in the middle, and the side bars of
the door leaf can be made of aluminum profiles, sprayed plastic profiles, and
stainless steel profiles. The door leaf can be provided with day lighting
windows.
2.2 The guide rail is a special cold-rolled profile or H-shaped steel. When the
weight of the door leaf is less than 500kg, the cold-rolled profile is used as the
guide rail. When the weight of the door leaf is greater than 500 KG , the
H-shaped steel is used as the guide rail.
3 Installation and commissioning
3.1 Check whether the size of the door opening and the space on both sides
meet the installation conditions.
3.2 Install the guide rail above the door opening as required, put the travel
wheel assembly into the guide rail, and connect and fix the door leaf and the
travel wheel assembly with M16×100 bolts.
3.3 Install the transmission components, determine the position of the door
opener frame, and connect the transmission steel rope and chain.
3.4 Install the door opener, connect and adjust the chain and steel rope to the
door opener sprocket, try opening and closing the door leaf, and install the limit
device according to the opening and closing position of the door leaf.3.5 Installation of electrical control, connect the control box, door opener and
limit switch, install the airbag switch, turn on the power, open the door leaf, and
adjust the position of the limit switch.
3.6 The installation of the door resistance, according to the maximum opening
and closing position of the door leaf, install the door resistance on the guide
rail.
3.7 Install the cover.
3.8 Install the perimeter seal assembly.
3.9 Debugging and running to ensure that the door leaf runs smoothly without
noise, without jamming, and the limit is reliable.
