Hydraulic feeder

The auto feeder can push the tires plastic into the reactor easily, workers no need go inside of the reactor during the whole
process, it can help you save labor and feeding time greatly. With the 1st feeder, the tires no need pretreatment. Feeding 10tons
tires just need 2 hours with the auto feeder.

Reactor

One 10ton capacity Pyrolysis reactor size is 2800*6600mm , it is made of Q345R boiler steel plate , which can resistance high
pressure and temperature , its thickness is 16mm/18mm that can be customized.

The base

It is also a burning room, under the reactor, where fuel is burned to heat the reactor.

The burning room is slightly different with different fuels.

Condenser and Oil receiver

For larger capacity, we recommend locally installation type. In this way, there is enough distance between the device for device
maintenance.
The tubular condenser can contact the oil gas to the greatest extent to liquefy the oil gas, so as to maximize the oil yield

Two 2.5m3 oil tanks, so you don't have to worry too much in the whole process.

The dedusting system

Dedusters to remove the dust and sulphur content effectively , the ceramic packing is speically used to filter the dust and the
alkaline water spray nozzle to remove the acidity, finally no black smoke emitted.

1- Pyrolysis machine operating under micro negative pressure system and uses micro-vacuum technology ensures the gas does not spill in the production process and improve the efficiency of thermal cracking, eliminating hidden dangers caused by the gas leak from the fundamental.

2- The reactor is separated from the feed and discharge system, to improve the performance sealing of the furnace, so that the waste in anaerobic (or oxygen-free) state cracking eliminate dioxin formation, therefore guarantee the pyrolysis furnace safety during production.

3- Matching up with high efficiency flammable gas recovery system, hence it can guarantee the non-condensable gas use effectively, saving energy and reducing harmful emissions.

4- Upgraded dedusting device -ceramic packing dedusting device to ensure no black smoke discharged out.
