technological process:
After the sewage passes through the collection pipeline, it is filtered by the fine roller screen to remove the fecal residue and impurity garbage with large particles; The sewage enters the anaerobic septic tank through the primary sedimentation tank, and the sewage feces and washing wastewater settle the sand particles through the primary sedimentation regulating tank, after regulating the water quality and quantity (small water equipment can be replaced by water storage tanks with 30~50% of the daily treatment capacity); The sewage enters the denitrification and deodorization tank from the lift pump through the hair filter for treatment to remove hair, feces, odor, oil, 90% COD; Then enter the facultative nitrogen removal area and biological contact oxidation aeration area of GLMBR reaction, remove most BOD organics, ammonia nitrogen and colloids after denitrification and aerobic nitrification dominant bacteria series biochemical treatment, and then enter the ultrafiltration membrane separation area of GLMBR pool. The clean water filtered by the ultrafiltration membrane enters the clean water disinfection pool, where it is disinfected with a small amount of chlorine, and then sent to the water point by water pump for reuse or local standard discharge.
