The multi roll cold rolling mill equipped in Jiangsu Jiangsu Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is the key equipment for manufacturing sanitary seamless stainless steel pipes. With the cold drawn steel pipe as the blank, the error between the internal and external diameters of the cold rolled pipe and the wall thickness shall be ± (0.02 ~ 0.05) mm, and the internal and external surface finish of the pipe (R a) ≤ 0.8 μ m. The tube can be made to a wall thickness of 0.8mm, and then polished. The internal and external surface finish (Ra) of the tube can reach 0.2~0 four μ m .
The defect of the cold rolled tube is hard, that is, the yield coefficient is large, and it is not suitable for flaring and bending, so the hot melt treatment (annealing) should be carried out. In general, after the stainless steel pipe is treated in an ordinary thermosetting furnace (milk stove), the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe will show oxide skin and need to be pickled, which will damage the internal and outer surface finish of the original cold-rolled pipe and cause minor unevenness, which cannot meet the surface finish standard of sanitary grade pipe. Therefore, the gas shielded bright annealing furnace should be selected.
The gas shielded bright annealing furnace is composed of bright annealing furnace body and complete ammonia decomposition device.
(1) The main structure of the bright annealing furnace body is a round section muffle tank. The heating method of arranging high temperature heating wires on both sides and at the bottom is adopted. The ammonia decomposition gas is used as the protective gas and circulating cooling gas. The equipment has compact structure, safe operation, reliable control, convenient maintenance and uniform furnace temperature (up to 1150 ºC); Low power loss, full use of shielding gas, fast cooling speed, which can prevent the re precipitation and precipitation of chromium carbide, so that all chromium carbide can be completely dissolved into the austenitic matrix, changing the hardness and metallographic structure of the original cold-rolled tube, and truly achieving the purpose of solid melting treatment.
(2) The complete ammonia decomposition unit decomposes pure liquid chlorine into 70% hydrogen and 30% ammonia, which are filled into the furnace body to drive away air (oxygen). The less air, the better. After being treated by the gas shielded bright annealing furnace, the stainless steel pipe is soft, and there are few oxide scales on the internal and external surfaces, so pickling is not required, and the internal and external surface finish of the cold rolled pipe can be maintained.
