3) If you received the Cargo, It's not same as the sample, And the blame is On Our side, We will charge it and discuss the Solution.
9. Q: How long is the sample cycle? Is it charged?
A: After the design confirmed, we will make the sample at first time,normally 3-5days,and then we will send it to you,we will make the sample for free,but the sample express cost should be paid by your company.
10. Q: Confidentiality principle
A: We Will Keep All Our client Design, and logo, sample On our Archives, And never show to the similar Client.
11. Q: How many Quality inspector you have ?
A: 1)We have 2 production Line, Each production line have 1 QC, They will Check the Quality on the Production Line.
2)We have 2 Quality inspector in Warehouse, Before the cargo leave our warehouse to Client, They will Random checks the Cargo.If found problem They will reject the cargo send out..
12. Q: How to detect this reflective material is qualified?
A: Our Reflective Material can pass the en471 class 2 standards for the reflective coefficient, And provide relevant OKEO-100 certificate.
