       3WP-1200 spray machine is a spray machine equipped with an automatic folding spray rod, which is powered by tractor. The operation is simple and convenient.
The lifting and folding of the spray rod adopt the company's proprietary hydraulic control technology, which can be operated in the cockpit with one key.  When the spray rod is unfolded, it is unfolded orderly from inside to outside, and when it is folded, it is folded from outside to inside.  The operation is simple, safe and stable.
 
Safe and durable.
The spray rod LOCKING system, self-balancing system and spray rod end protection technology are adopted. When the spray rod is extended and folded, the spray rod locking system will start synchronously, so that the spray rod can not swing around the center of gravity axis, and prevent the damage of the spray rod and machine tools due to the synchronization of extension. After the spray rod is completely opened from both sides, the two sides of the spray rod are balanced, and the center of gravity of the spray rod coincides with the center of gravity axis. When the lock is lifted, the spray rod can swing around the center of gravity axis to reduce the influence of the shaking of the walking machine on the spray rod. Considering the large extension length of the spray rod, the protection technology is adopted at the end of the spray rod, so that the end of the spray rod can automatically shrink and timely reset when it touches obstacles, which not only ensures the application effect, but also ensures the safety and durability of the spray rod and the machine.
