Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
I: We have our own factory in Nanhai District, Foshan City.
Q: What is your minimum quantity order?
I: One set.
Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?
I: Yes, we can provide the samples of stair parts. All the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.Q: What is your terms of payment?
I: 30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before loading.Q: How long will I receive goods once I confirm the order?
A: Usually 40-45days are needed. But if you are in very urgent need, we can finish within 25-30days.Q: Purchase Step?
I: Step 1: Inquiry from customer for a particular product or project.
Step 2: Offer us your project drawing or purchasing list for our checking.
Step 3: Our team work on the building information, and work out a solution for each product and also quotation.
Step 4: Customer check and confirm the solution and quotation, then sign the PI and arrange deposit.
Step 5: We offer the details shop drawing for each products and customer confirm each shop drawing.
Step 6: Arrange production.
