The pellets mill is applied to the material with low adhesiveness and low shaping such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials. The pellet mill is widely used in the feed plant, wood processing, fuel plant, fertilizer plant and chemical plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipment with low investment and high profit.

Advantage

1.Can press high crude fiber biomass and chemical fertilizer materials into 2-8MM diameter pellets. It is specially fit for biomass waste from wheat straw or rice straw, corn stalk, rice husk, palm fiber, palm shell or groundnut shell, very hard wood e. C. T, also can press fertilizer granules from animal manure, plant waste, chemical waste e. C. T, before pelletizing, raw materials should crush into fine powder, humidity should control between 15%-20%.
2.Adopts both common ring die pellet machine and flat die pellet machine advantages, working principle is roller assemble rotary, the ring die keep stable, producing high pressure and press very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets --- 1.1-1.4ton/m3. Pellet length can be adjusted

3.Wood sawdust pellet machine contains hydraulic pump, which can adjust pressure between rollers and ring die to fit for different materials pressure ratio.
When adjusted to the fit pressure, pressure will keep stable automatically, but other supplier pellet press need to adjust pressure manually each time.
4.Sawdust pellet making machine also contains automatical lubricate spare parts oil systems, which can lubricate spare parts oil automatically---- such as rollers, vertical shaft, gears, bearings, but other common supplier pellet machine needs to add oil each four working hours, very trouble to operate. 
5.Wood pellet machine adopts flat die pellet machine vertical feeding materials advantages, feed materials vertically and directly to pelletizing room, ring die and roller assemble works in horizontal type, but other supplier common ring die pellet machine only can feed materials from gear box side and its ring die works in vertical type, their feeding speed and working efficiency are both very low. Its spare parts can not produce large pressure, especially inner big shaft and bearings, if can not produce large pressure, after long continuous hours, will be easily broken
6.Has one ring die with two--layers: The top layer and bottom layer. When pellet machine works, Roller assemble will rotary, toughing with ring die bottom layer,
The ring die keeps stable, once ring die bottom layer was broken,
Turn over it and make the top layer to bottom, then it will work secondly time.
So one ring die can use two times. Also the top and bottom layer hole dimension can be different, so one ring die can press into two different diameter pellets.
But other supplier pellet machine just have one layer and only can press one dimension pellets.
7.Works with air fan and bags dust filter, on one hand, it will clean dust, very environmental protection. On the other hand, it can cool pellet machine inner spare parts heat temperature,

Making sure long continuous working hours.
8.All spare parts are made by CNC systems, through high technical heat treatment.

 

Application

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:less than 6mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

 


 

Production Process

 

How to make wood pellets by wood pellet mill:




 

1. Use Wood Chipper, Wood Crusher to make wood logs, chips (or other materials) smaller. 
2. Use Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or add water to the sawdust(or other materials) till its moisture content between 10-15%, which is the best moisture content for pelletizing. 
3. Put the sawdust into the pellet machine gradually. Large scale pellet production need a screw feeder to make sure stable feeding of raw material. 
4. After pelletized, the pellets are of high temperature that is not suitable for direct packing. So they should be cooled by pellet cooler. 
Then, pellets go through a vibrating sieve, where good pellets will be left, while broken ones or powder will be collected for reproduction. 
5. After all the above procedures, pellets can be packed with a pellet packing machine.
