| Q2: What is your packing method? | A2: For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together. |
| Q3: How long is the delivery time? | A3: Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment. |
| Q4: If we can get free sample before bulk orders? | A4: We have no free samples. When you place the bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you. |
