Plastic Pallet Product Features and After-Sales Service

1. Plastic pallets are stocked in dark blue and can also be customized in other colors such as red, yellow, green, black, gray and white, with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces.
2. The dimensional error of plastic pallet is plus or minus 3%, weight error is plus or minus 3%, sidewall deformation rate is less than or equal to 1%, pallet plane deformation is not more than 5mm, and pallet diagonal change rate is less than or equal to 1%, which are all allowed by the enterprise standard.
3. Adapt to the ambient temperature: -25 degrees to +60 degrees (try to avoid sun exposure and near heat sources).
Raw material: ensure the use of new high-quality, low-temperature resistance, good weather resistance of high-strength modified PP or HDPE raw materials, never use recycled materials and recycled plastic or add calcium carbonate.
4. Quality assurance period: under normal and reasonable use, the product quality assurance period is three years (36 months), such as the impact of repeated use of the product due to damage to a damaged product for a new product of the same type, the supplier should have the obligation to maintain and exclude the problems that arise in the process of use, so the domestic freight costs incurred by the supplier (except for the product's own quality problems, human factors damage)
5. After the quality assurance period or damage caused by human factors can be free service, if you need to replace the parts only according to the recent standard cost of labor, if you need to replace the product will be three broken products for a new product of the same model, so the costs incurred by the demand side.
6. Under normal use conditions (environment), the minimum service life of the pallet is 5 years, and the annual breakage rate of the pallet is less than 1% within 5 years, and the annual breakage rate of the pallet will be greater than 1% after 5 years due to the natural aging of the plastic. The number of pallet turnover can be more than 10,000 times (if in bad weather conditions, over the load-bearing limit, equipment extrusion or due to man-made breakage of the pallet is not included in the above range).
