The dosing device mainly includes four parts: liquid medicine dissolving system, metering dosing system, safety system and control system. Solid phosphate is added into the medicine dissolving box, and then desalted water or condensed water is added in proportion for slow mixing and dissolution, and then added into the boiler drum by the metering pump dosing system.
The dosing control adopts manual mode, and it can also be automatically dosed by follow-up control according to the signal output by the upper system.
