I. Product Introduction 
Emergency cut-off valve also known as bottom valve, is installed at the bottom of tank truck, it is sealed inside the tank, and there is no cut-off groove on the valve body. When it is strongly collided, the valve body will break at the flange, so that the tank can be separated from the pipeline at the bottom of the tank truck and become an independent sealed tank, which can prevent the liquid from leaking out and greatly improve the transportation safety. It conforms to the relevant requirements of GB/T932-2012 standard, and is a pipe fitting for bottom loading and unloading of tank truck. It is suitable for tank trucks to transport light fuel oil, and cannot be loaded with highly corrosive liquid.

III. Performance and characteristics
1. Material: The main body is made of light aluminum alloy, which is integrally molded by low-pressure casting, light, strong and durable.

V. Maintenance 
1. Remove the filter screen: When transporting thick oil products (such as crude oil), the filter screen on the valve can be removed to avoid affecting the flow rate.
2. Cylinder maintenance: In case of oil leakage at the interface, replace the seals in the piston cylinder.
3. Maintenance: Check whether the air inlet pipe is damaged from time to time, so as to avoid the valve cannot be opened normally due to air pipe problems.
4. Emergency treatment: If the valve cannot be opened by air intake under unexpected circumstances, the emergency bolt on the bottom piston cylinder can be unscrewed, and a hexagonal bolt with the same specification and a length of 10cm can be screwed into the screw opening, and then the screw can be slowly screwed in until the valve is opened.
