One. summary
Rubber ball cleaning device is the best equipment to effectively clean the condenser cooling tube during the operation of steam turbine generator set.
The performance of the device directly affects the cleanliness and heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. The device has a wide range of applications, which is not only suitable for the condenser of steam turbine, but also suitable for cleaning the cooling pipes of fixed tube-plate heat exchangers in petroleum, chemical and other units. Under the condition of continuous operation without reducing the load, the device can be put into use at any time, always keeping the cooling pipes clean, prolonging the service life of the cooling pipes and reducing the labor intensity. It is an indispensable and necessary device to improve the economic benefits of power plants and ensure the safe operation of the condenser.
The rubber ball device produced by our factory is an updated product of other rubber ball cleaning devices.
The main components of this product are the secondary filter screen and the ball receiving net, which are the two most advanced types at present.
It has the following characteristics:
1. The design structure is novel and reasonable;
2. convenient operation;
3. The rubber ball charging rate is high (≥ 96%);
4. The secondary filter screen has strong filtering ability.
TWO. Rubber ball cleaning system diagram:
The rubber ball cleaning system consists of secondary filter screen, ball receiving net, ball loading chamber, rubber ball pump, distributor, valve, pipeline and electrical control device.
THree. Working principle:
Choose a suitable sponge rubber ball, the wet diameter of the ball is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cooling pipe (about 1-2mm), and the wet specific gravity is similar to that of water. Put rubber balls into the ball loading room from the hand hole of the ball loading room, and the quantity is about 10% of the copper pipes in the condenser water inlet room.
Then start the rubber ball pump, open the ball valves at both ends of the system, and the rubber ball will enter the condenser water chamber driven by the water flow with slightly higher inlet pressure of circulating water.
Because the rubber ball is a porous and soft elastomer, it is squeezed through the cooling pipe under the action of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of circulating water, and the inner diameter of the cooling pipe is wiped once, so that the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe is brought out with the water flow, and the rubber ball enters the ball collection net through the water outlet pipe with the circulating water, and is separated under the barrier of the ball collection net plate, and is pumped out by the rubber ball pump and returned to the ball loading room, so that the condenser cooling pipe is continuously and automatically cleaned in this way.

1. Secondary filter screen:
The secondary filter screen is one of the main equipment of the cooling water purification device, which removes all sundries larger than 6mm, and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of rubber balls and the normal operation of the condenser.
