Main features
  1. The machine Automatic Form- Feed -sterilize -filling -shaping - sealing.
  2. The machine's PLC, photoelectric correction, frequency conversion speed regulation. Pneumatic, solenoid valve, vacuum system, liquid level control, intelligent electronic temperature control adjustment. Automatic fault alarm system. Aseptic room, etc., all adopt German, Japanese and other brands, and the whole machine all are made of stainless steel, with exquisite appearance and easy operation.

  4. Mirror welding technology is used to ensure the smooth and flat welding seam, leaving no sanitary corners.

  6. Incorporating new technologies of modern optical-mechanical-electrical integration, integrated design, and precision manufacturing. The use of closed-loop control technology to control tension, photoelectric detection, PLC calculation control, touch-type man-machine interface operation, monitoring, radiant heat and high-frequency induction power supply clever application, so that the strip and vertical and horizontal sealing are firmer and more reliable.
  7. The main drive is mechanical, and the auxiliary drive is pneumatic. Scientific and reasonable use makes the machine run more freely and stably.
Machine advantage

But our machine uses a triple ultra-fine particle filtration system to filter impurities and most bacteria in the air. And then inside the machine, we designed hydrogen peroxide atomization and ozone generator for further sterilization treatment. Finally, UV ultraviolet rays are used for deep sterilization to create a aseptic filling environment.
The total power we control it within 25kw. Which can save 75% electricity.

  2. If the voltage in your area is unstable, the voltage stabilizer can help the machine run more smoothly to avoid circuit damage caused by voltage instability.
  3. The aseptic filling room of the machine is equipped with a pressure relief alarm system. Once the aseptic room door is accidentally opened to destroy the aseptic environment, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm.
  4. For the molding part, we use a six-point turntable molding system, which is faster and more efficient, and the damage rate is only 1%.
