1. Equipment DescriptionThe spindle running-in system is mainly used to monitor the speed and temperature change during the production of maintenance of spindle in the processing center. The system can run and monitor the running-in aging test of two sets of spindle at the same time, and can respectively set continuous operation monitoring and segmented operation monitoring. All can run automated intelligently, no need of manual adjustment and guarding. It is applicable for the after assembly running-in of BT30-BT50 type and other similar products. Products of other specifications can be customized separately. The operation mode can be modified or adjusted according to customer's requirement.

2.3 The humanized spindle temperature rise curve recording diagram and numerical table is portable and can accurately judge the relevant performance of the spindle.
2.4 It can be unattended, the print format of test result can be either in paper or PDF format.
