Question 2. How can I get a sample from you? Answer: Customized samples will need to make new moulds, customer will need to pay the mould cost. After finished samples, we will send you samples by courier, like FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc…
Question 3. Can I have my custom logo, design or size? Answer: Sure. We can do any packaging with your design. We have OEM & ODM service, the minimum order quantity is 1000pcs.
Question 4. What is the Mould? Answer: Normally, we use high quality CNC pure Aluminum mould, it can produce the plastic blisters in high quality. The Aluminum mould can be permanent use, when next orders with same products, it will no need to make the mould again.
Question 5. How to customize the plastic blisters? Answer: Just email us your designs, we can customize according to your design. If you do not have a design, you can send samples, we have expert design team help to make design for you.
Question 6. What's the lead time for regular order? Answer: Usually it takes around 7 to 15 days to finish production. If you need the cargos urgently, please contact us in advance, we will try our best to process the order faster.
Question 7. What is your terms of delivery? We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or effective cost for you.
Question 8. How can I pay? Answer: TT, PayPal, Western Union, LC, MIC Trade Assurance Order is acceptable.
Question 9. Do you inspect the finished products? Answer: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
