Description

Spiral belt type mixer. Motor drives through gearbox main shaft and spiral belt agitator rotating, agitator spirally lifts or throws materials down to up, while reaching the center or the highest point, the materials flow down from the center to bottom, spreading, convecting, shearing, dislocating and mixing in the vessel, the all-round irregular compound movement mixes evenly the materials in short time.

• Spiral belt agitator does not grind the material particles, and no stratified segregation easily occurs when mixing materials with different density and granularity. It's also well used to mix coarse and fine particles materials.
• Agitator low RPM, suitable for mixing heat-sensitive materials.
