Full automatic Cake Production Line Layout and solution 

The core of the continuous inflation system is MIXING PARTS ,The mixing parts  we use includes a rotor and a stator, both of which are covered with fixed terminals. During the inflation process, the mixing head will continuously trim the product through the high-speed operation of the motor. Both the rotor and the stator have circulating water circuits, which can fully cool the heat generated at high speeds, so that the raw material structure will not be destroyed, and the delicate taste of the product can be ensured. The liquid material and gas converge at the inlet of the mixing head, and mix evenly under the pressure controlled by the PLC through a precise and quantitative airflow.


The system Adopt the PLC programmed control with Touchscreen,with simply operation ,it can control the specific weight of the stuff very accurately.
