The delivery time for the batteries ranges from 5 to 25 working days after the receipt of the advance payment. The exact delivery timeline will depend on the products ordered and the quantity of the order.

Does the wall mounted battery including inverter?
 No, is battery only, so it is more flexible to work with different brand of inverter preferred by customer.

Is it possible for me to install the energy storage system at home by myself?
 Yes, you may install the battery following our installation instructions. Please make sure to read the instructions thoroughly before beginning the installation process.

Is it possible for a Power wall to power a house? 
A Power wall can certainly provide power to a home during a blackout or overnight. By pairing a Power wall with on-grid solar panels, you can significantly reduce your electricity bills by covering a substantial portion of your energy needs both during the day and night.

Is there a warning function for low battery levels in the battery?
The battery can be equipped with an early warning function, providing real-time monitoring of battery parameters and prompt notifications to users for timely resolution of any issues.

How do I activate the battery? 
Before utilizing your battery for the first time, it is important to activate it by charging and discharging with a current greater than 1A, and to measure the terminal voltage to confirm it is functional. To prolong the battery's lifespan, it is recommended to disconnect it from the system before prolonged storage. After 24 hours, the battery will enter its automatic mode.

Is there customer support available for batteries? 
Our company offers various channels for customer support, including through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Skype, and WeChat, as well as email. If you encounter any issues with your battery after purchase, we are available for video calls and, if needed, our engineers can even travel overseas to provide on-site assistance.
