one.use
 
 Fixed pulverized coal sampling device is mainly used for regular pulverized coal sampling on the primary air pulverized coal pipe of direct-fired pulverized coal system. Due to the wear of the grinding parts of the coal mill, the change of coal type and fragmentation, the fineness of pulverized coal will change greatly, which will directly affect the combustion efficiency of the boiler.
   Therefore, it is very necessary to regularly sample and detect the fineness of pulverized coal. When the fineness of pulverized coal exceeds the design value, it is necessary to adjust the folding door
 opening of the separator in time or replace the grinding parts.


Two.structural style
   
    The fixed pulverized coal sampling device is mainly composed of the following parts:


 1. The sampling head --inserting into the pulverized coal pipeline, with the sampling port facing the airflow of pulverized coal, and pulverized coal enters the sampling device through this port.

2.Sampling tube-conveying the pulverized coal taken from the sampling head to the cyclone separator.

3.Separator-separates the pulverized coal from the gas. The pulverized coal is thrown to the wall by the rotating airflow due to gravity, and then falls into the powder collector by gravity. The gas spirals from top to bottom along the wall to the bottom, and then rises to the top along the middle route. Exhaust from the top air outlet. Realize the separation of pulverized coal and gas.


4.Powder collector-centralized storage of the fixed pulverized coal samples separated from the separator for calibration.

5.Double-sample valve-When the pulverized coal is double-sample, open this valve, and suck the air in the separator by the negative pressure formed by the outlet exhaust of compressed air. The pulverized coal in the pulverized coal pipeline enters the sampling device from the sampling port for sampling.

6.Purge valve-When it is necessary to clean the residual pulverized coal in the sampling pipe, close the sampling valve and pressure regulating valve, and open the purge valve to purge the sampling pipe with compressed air.
7.Pressure regulating valve-Adjusting the opening of this valve can change the sampling speed of the sampling device.

8.Pressure gauge-provides an intuitive basis for the operation of the pressure regulating valve.


Three.principle of operation
      
The fixed pulverized coal sampling device is successfully developed by using the principles of negative pressure suction and cyclone separation to suck pulverized coal out of the pulverized coal pipeline and separate solid from gas.

    Now, it will be explained by combining the sampling process of pulverized coal. In the process of pulverized coal sampling, the purge valve is always closed, and the pressure regulating valve and sampling valve are opened.
 
   When compressed air is ejected from the trachea, its jet action will inevitably lead to negative pressure in the pipeline connected with the sampling valve, and the gas in the pipeline will be taken out. The separator and the powder collecting bottle at its lower part are connected in a closed way, and the only inlets that can communicate with the outside are the sampling head and the sampling tube.
 
  Therefore, the appearance of negative pressure urges the pulverized coal in the pulverized coal pipe to enter the sampling device along the sampling head, the pulverized coal is separated in the separator and enters the powder collecting bottle, and the gas is taken out by compressed air from the upper outlet of the separator.
