Product Description
Barbed wire is twisted and braided by a fully automated barbed wire machine. There are two types of finished products: single-filament twisted and double-filament twisted. The raw material is high-quality low-carbon steel wire. Surface treatment process includes electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, plastic-coated, spray-coated. There are blue, green, yellow and other colors. It can be used for the isolation, security and protection of grassland borders, railways, and highways. It has strong anti-corrosion performance, bright surface, beautiful appearance, high tensile, corrosion and rust resistance. It is normally used together with the fence products, such as chain link fence, welded fence, 358 anti climb fence and etc.

Galvanized/PVC coated barbed wire offers a great protection aganinst corrosion and oxidation caused by the stmosphere. Hot dipped galvanized is stronger than electro galvanized. Its higher resistance allows greater spacing between the fencing posts. It mainly used for grass boundary, railway isolation protection. 

Barbed wire can be divided into single strand barbed wire and double strand barbed wire.
* Single strand barbed wire. It has the simplest structure, which contains single strand and barbs. Compared with the double strand barbed wires, it is much more economical and lighter weight. It is suitable for the common applications. But it is easy to destroy and cut, so it is not suitable for heavy duty applications.
* Double strand barbed wire. It is formed with two strand wires (line wires). The barbs are twisted between of the two wires and fastened onto the line wire. The double strand barbed wire can supply higher tensile strength to prevent cutting or destroying. It is suitable for the heavy duty applications, such as prisons and other places.
