One.Overview
     XFZ(Y) series fine powder separator is an efficient fine powder separator.
   
The unique structural type and reasonable structural parameters and lectotype make it use less metal consumption on the premise of ensuring high efficiency and small resistance in separation performance, and it is convenient to arrange. It can be widely applied to a storage pulverizing system in a large coal-fired boil and a flue gas purification device in a small coal-fired boiler.


Two.Working principle and structural characteristics
     The working principle of XFZ(Y) series fine powder separators is to separate pulverized coal with different particles by gravity separation and centrifugal separation. Dust-laden airflow is tangentially introduced into the separator for rotary motion, solid particles are thrown to the outer simple wall by centrifugal force and move downwards, and are discharged from the lower dust outlet, and the purified airflow is discharged from the top exhaust outlet.
     Its biggest feature is: the inlet adopts straight-cut and special-shaped inlet structure, which reduces the mutual interference between air intake and internal swirl, effectively organizes the airflow condition of the separator, improves the efficiency of the separator, and installs appropriate guide vanes in the exhaust pipe, which reduces the resistance of the separator, thus ensuring the good performance of this series of products.
                 



Three .installation, operation and maintenance
    The assembly, support and pipeline connection of the fine powder separator shall be carried out according to the relevant drawings and technical regulations, and conform to the Technical Specification for Electric Power Facilities and Acceptance (SDJ-245-88) issued by the former Ministry of Water and Electricity. The welding of each part must strictly ensure its air tightness, and the nonconcentricity between the exhaust pipe and the cylinder and cone (especially the dust outlet) must be controlled within 0.3-0.5%.
    During each minor repair, the manhole door and explosion-proof door should be opened, the accumulated powder in each part should be removed in time, and the wear and tear of each part should be carefully checked for necessary maintenance or repair.


Four.Technical transformation of the old fine powder separator.
        In view of the low efficiency of the old-fashioned fine powder separator in power plant, it is necessary to carry out technical transformation to make the relevant dimensions of each part more reasonable and more optimized, which can significantly improve the separation efficiency. For anthracite which is difficult to burn, it is beneficial to combustion, can reduce the combustible materials of fly ash and reduce the loss of mechanical incomplete combustion, thus improving the economy and safety of boiler operation. It is necessary to transform the old-fashioned fine powder separator. According to the principle that the dynamic moment of the inlet section and the dynamic moment of the outlet section of the separator are equal, the relationship of relative centrifugal force Po near the wall of the fine powder separator can be deduced.


     As can be seen from the above formula, the relative centrifugal force PD is related to This number is called geometric comprehensive number, which is a discriminant number to prove whether the structure of fine powder separator is reasonable, and it has been shown by a large number of experiments. The centrifugal force of fine powder separator increases with the increase of geometric synthesis number, reaches the maximum at a certain geometric synthesis number and then begins to decline. Therefore, there is an optimal geometric synthesis number corresponding to the maximum centrifugal force, and a large number of experiments and practices have proved that the optimal synthesis number is appropriate between 0.3 and 0.4.

      To sum up, the technical transformation of fine powder separator has theoretical and practical basis, and the efficiency can be improved by 3.4%-5% after general transformation. Taking the N200MW unit as an example, when the efficiency is improved to 3.4%, the boiler efficiency can be improved by 0.59%-1.1%. When the old boiler efficiency is calculated as 85%,if the steel furnace efficiency can be improved by 1%, so it can save 4.94g/kw-h of coal. According to this, the boiler efficiency can be improved by 0.59%, which can save 2.91g/kw-h of coal. Based on the annual power generation of the generator set of 14.2 billion kWh, 4,200 tons of standard coal can be saved each year. If the unit price of standard coal is calculated at 400.00 yuan/ton (reference), the combined cost can be saved by about 1.68 million yuan. It can be seen that the technical transformation of the old fine powder separator in power plant has achieved remarkable economic benefits.


Five.Scope of supply and ordering instructions

    1.When ordering, it should be noted that the rotation direction(overlooking) of the fine powder separator is divided into left (Z, clockwise) and right (Y, counterclockwise).
    2.Whether explosion-proof type, model, specification and special requirements are required shall be indicated.
    3.For the power plant undergoing technical transformation, it is necessary to provide the outline drawing, specifications and main related parameters of the old fine powder separator.
