Technical requirements and test methods
5.1 Appearance
The surface of the steel-plastic composite belt should be smooth, smooth, uniform, no impurities, no wrinkles, no spots, and no other mechanical damage defects;
5.2 The side of the uncut steel-plastic composite strip is allowed to be protected by 2mm to 5mm plastic film. The side edge should be smooth, free of curling, notch, burr and other defects, and the dislocation between layers should not exceed 5mm;
5.3 The side of the cut steel-plastic composite strip should be flat, the side unevenness should be less than 1mm, and the end face should be boundless, notched, burr and other mechanical damage. When pulled out, the edge should have no obvious waves (commonly known as flounces).
5.4 Dimensions

6 Winding requirements
6.1 The steel-plastic composite tape should be tightly wound on the steel tape or aluminum or equivalent pipe core, and the inner diameter of the pipe core should be 100mm±2mm, 150mm±2, 204±2mm, 406mm±3mm. The tube core length of the cut steel-plastic composite strip should be the same as the width of the steel-plastic composite strip, and the tube core length of the uncut steel-plastic composite strip should be less than 1mm beyond the end face of the composite strip. The tube core length of the uncut steel-plastic composite strip should be 5-10mm beyond the side of the composite strip.
6.2 When used vertically, the tape should not break down.
6.3 Two or more steel-plastic composite tapes are not allowed to be rolled on the same core tube.
6.4 Two joints are not allowed on the same plate (roll) steel-plastic composite belt, but butt welding joints are allowed. One joint is allowed if the length is less than 1.4km, and two joints are allowed if the length is 1.4km and above. The thickness of the joint should not exceed 1.5 times of the original thickness, and the plastic layer should be restored at the joint. The joint shall be marked, and the distance between the two joints shall be no less than 305m. The tensile strength of the steel-plastic composite belt with joints shall be no less than 85% of the adjacent steel-plastic composite belt without joints. The DC resistance of a 1m long steel-plastic composite strip with a connector shall be no more than 110% of the DC resistance of the adjacent 1m long steel-plastic composite strip without a connector.
7 Inspection Rules
For the steel and plastic composite tape supplied by the designated manufacturer, acceptance shall be carried out according to the supplier's warranty or test report, and sample preparation or test shall be conducted regularly.
8 Packaging
The steel-plastic composite belts and packing cases and the moisture-proof measures must comply with the provisions of 1.1 to 1.7 in Chapter 1 of GB/T3199. The maximum dimensions of packing cases are 1150mm long and 800mm wide. The cut steel and plastic composite tape is generally placed flat or upright. Each disk should be separated by cardboard or foam material. The core tube should be connected by paper tube and plastic to prevent loosening. Uncut can be placed flat or upright. The gross weight of each package is not more than 1.5 tons.
9 Mark
9.1 The qualified steel and plastic composite belt shall be affixed with a sign indicating:
a) Product labeling; b) Product trademark or manufacturer name; c) Date of production.
9.2 Each box of products to be delivered shall contain a packing list indicating:
a) Demander's name; b) Product label, number of product discs (or rolls), total length and total weight;
c) Production date; d) Product inspection status mark and manufacturer's name.
10 Accessories
Steel - plastic composite belt delivery, should be accompanied by the product certificate and quality guarantee. For the first supply, the type test report of the statutory inspection department must be attached. For normal supply, the type test of the statutory inspection department of the same year should be provided once every two years.
11 Transportation
Transport in a clean, dry environment, and avoid moisture and mechanical damage.
12 Storage
Ventilated warehouse, should be away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight, storage temperature should not exceed 50ºC
