For PP PE film washing recycling line,there are 3 sections:
PP PE film crushing recycling machine:
It is the first step of whole washing system,it is crushing with water for better washing and reduce the noise. Customer will decide the size they needed.
PP PE film washing cleaning machine:
With friction washer and floating sinking tank,it could fully clean the dirt stick on the surface of plastics. Washing with hot water is much more easy to remove the dirt like stickers,labels,glue,sand...
Retech design a new solution on washing tank,it is a tank with 3 working channels for a long time staying and better wash.
PP PE film SQUEEZING drying machine:
We have 2 options here on film drying part, the first we will recommend is our high speed centrifugal force dewatering machine which is working with more than 1200rpm speed. It is working for both soft film and rigid flakes for dewater the water fastly.
Another drying way we suggest is film squeezing machine which is used for dry soft films.The final moisture will be under 5%.
