Jinggang is focused on design and manufacture of automatic control full equipment system, providing customers with auto drinking system, auto feeding system, ventilation fan system, cooling pad system, lighting system and environmental control system in an one-stop solution.
1. Steel structure chicken house could be used for egg chicken house and broiler chicken.
2. Main steel structure: H beam, C type steel.
3. Protective material: Fiberglass, EPS, PU, Rockwool sandwich panel.
4. To build chicken house, it is suggested that the length does not exceed 130 m, and width does not exceed 20 m.
5. Equipments includes: a. Main Feed Line System  b. Feed Pan system  c. Nipple Drinking System  d. Ventilation  e. Cooling Pad  f. Environment controller  g. Lighting system etc.

Husbandry House Design Principies Through the structural design software (PKPM, 3D3S, Madis), the building model can be analyzed, and the most reasonable structural form can be selected. At the same time, the maintenance structure is arranged inside and outside the house to effectively control the sealing and insulation in the house. Cooperated with the environmental control equipment to meet the needs of breeding environmental control.
 
------ PRODUCTION DESIGN&DETAILS ------
 

1. MAIN FEEDING SYSTEM

Feed will fill up base hopper, then it is transferred to the feeders by delivery system.
The base hopper is of great capacity, scientific design, firm structure, low cost, and long life-span.


2. PAN FEEDING SYSTEM

Feed pan is the core of feeding system.
The pan feeding system for broilers is solid and reliable through the application of high quality materials and components,
Easy access for birds from day one to grow out.


3. NIPPLE DRINKING SYSTEM

Nipple Drinking System providing flesh and clean water for birds, which is very vital to let the bird shave a good rowing perfomance.
Meanwhile, nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better. The nipple drinking system has been become the necessary equipment for stander poultry feeding.


4. VENTILATION SYSTEM

The fan translation shave all passed the experiment of homeostasis, which makes the air volume keep the same at the very beginning during the operational lifespan.


5. COOLING PAD SYSTEM

The cooling pad works in the condition of negative pressure, and is installed in the side wall or in the gable wall, and the fans are installed in the opposite side. The water film of recyclable water system is formed in the surface of the pad, when the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken up by thewater'sevaporation.


6. ENVIRONMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

Based on the windows 2000 of the automatic environmental Monitoring Network System of poultry house. You can easily achieve centralized monitoring of environmental conditions within a certain ranse.
