Our explosion proof LED lights are built to provide maximum illumination within potentially dangerous locations where ignitable vapors and gasses are present. Our lights are Zone1 Zone2 rated for granaries, mills, mines, gas stations, airplane hangars, and many other locations.

Electrical configuration

TIPS
1. This product is an explosion-proof product and can be used in explosion-proof places.
2. When transporting, the lamp should be installed in the carton equipped with foam shock absorption.
3. When using, the surface of the lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon.
4. The power supply voltage can work normally in the rated voltage. If the power supply voltage is too high, the lamp will be damaged; if the voltage is too low, the lamp will not start normally.
5. The luminaire must be reliably grounded.

1. Why is Explosion Proof Lighting necessary in your area?

These areas can be at risk of fire or even explosion if the lighting fixtures can't withstand the abnormal conditions.
2. What is hazardous location lighting?
Hazardous location lighting refers to fixtures that you can safely use in an area where it's likely that fire might start. According to the National Electrical Code, hazardous locations are those areas "where fire or explosion hazards may exist due to flammable gases or vapors, flammable liquids, combustible dust, or ignitable fibers or flyings."
