1 --- Having advantages of novel technical method, reasonable and economic technical route as well as significant ecological efficiency, the technical method of this project not only greatly saves production costs, but also reduces equipment investment and broadens the operating flexibility, which also creates great convenience for production operations.
2 --- During the whole process, materials and products continuously exchange heat for several times, realizing the recycling of heat energy and saving a lot of energy.
3 --- Non-condensable gas enters into the reactor and burns as fuel, saving energy and reducing environmental pollution, which creates more environmentally friendly production process.
4 --- Adjusting the reflux ratio ensures the color of the product.
