1. Product Description1.1 High accuracy: it adopts high accuracy spindle to hold the fan for rotation and the balance accuracy can meet the G1 grade of the ISO1940 standard.
1.2 High repeatability: high repeatability accuracy.
1.3 Decentration rectification: it has the in-built decentration rectification function and can solve the balance measurement problem caused by poor veticality and concentricity of blades, greatly improving the balance accuracy.
1.4 High compatibility: detachable design which is applicable for the fan blade with the axis of φ1.0 to φ6 (each jaw can only match one specification). This not only reduces costs but also improves the speed of changeover.
1.5 Servo motor: servo motor drives fan blade to rotate and position automatically.
2. Main Features:2.1 Laser maker: convenient for the operator to align the test zero.
2.2 Air pressure inlet unit: can be connected to 6mm air hose.
2.3 Spindle and clamping jaw: it can precisely hold the fan to rotate and carry out balance measurement. After finishing the test, fan will be loosen to allow the operator to remove the fan and make the balance correction.
