Regulating tank
The regulating tank is mainly used to regulate the amount and quality of sewage, and can also be used as an accident drainage storage place. Generally, the recommended volume is 35% - 40% of the daily treatment capacity. It is recommended that customers build their own steel-concrete structure for the regulating tank, which can also be included in the complete set of equipment
Biological segment
As a pretreatment unit, the anoxic tank mainly plays the following roles: 1) providing a place for denitrification of wastewater,which is the full conversion of nitrate nitrogen generated in the digestion process into nitrogen; 2) It refers to the decomposition of macromolecular organic matter into small molecules under the action of hydrolase, so as to improve the biodegradability of sewage.
Aerobic tank
In the aerobic tank (do, 2-4mg/l), NH3-N (ammonia nitrogen) in the water undergoes nitrification reaction to generate nitrate. At the same time, the organic matter in the water is oxidized and decomposed to supply phosphorus absorbing microorganisms with energy. The microorganisms absorb phosphorus from the water, and the phosphorus enters the cell tissue and is enriched in the microorganisms. After precipitation and separation, it is discharged from the system in the form of phosphorus rich sludge.
Equipment room
The equipment room is the place where electromechanical equipment is placed. The equipment room is equipped with blower,self-priming pump, PLC control cabinet and ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
