A:Yes, our factory and designer team have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Design service offered. Buyer label offered.
Q2:Can you offer free samples? Sample time?
A:As first time cooperation, we will charge little sample fee as your design set up cost. And it must be refunded after order confirmed. Samples can sent you within 5 days.
Q3:What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
A:For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format. For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate. A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.
Q4: Will you accept Paypal?
A:Yes, Paypal account is accepted.
Q5: Will you provide a warranty?
