Product Intro
The laminar flow transfer box is an auxiliary equipment of the clean room, which is mainly used for the transfer of small items between the clean area and the non-clean area, and between the clean area and the non-clean area. In order to reduce the number of door openings in the clean room, the pollution of the clean room can be reduced to a minimum. Ultraviolet lamps are installed in the transfer window, and items enter the clean area after being sterilized by ultraviolet radiation. On one hand, it acts as an airlock to prevent the high pressure from leaking in the high-level clean room. On the other hand, it realizes the self-cleaning effect during the transfer process to ensure the self-cleaning of the items entering the clean area and reduce the cross-contamination caused by the items. .The laminar flow transfer box is mainly used in the biological clean area as the transfer of articles, the main application places: biopharmaceuticals, scientific research units, disease control centers, large hospitals, university scientific research, biological cleaning and various clean areas of application.

Characteristics 
1.Cleanliness requirements in laminar flow pass box: Class A;
2.The inner and outer double-layer shells are treated with arcs around the interior to ensure seamless connection;
3.The laminar flow design is adopted, the air flow direction adopts the upper and lower return mode, and the bottom adopts the punching design of 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate, and the reinforcing ribs are provided;
4.Filter:G4 is used for the pre-filter, and H14 is used for the high-efficiency filter;
5.Air velocity:After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the air flow velocity of the outlet is controlled between 0.36-0.54m/s (test at 150mm clearance); Differential pressure function: display the differential pressure of the filter (range from high efficiency 0-500Pa/medium efficiency 0-250Pa), accuracy ±5Pa; Control function: fan start/stop button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock; ultraviolet light, and separate switch fitted.
