Description

The top gun is one of the key equipment for RH vacuum refining, which is an important equipment for the production of ultra-low carbon steel, chemical heating and supplementary heating of vacuum tanks. The injection of gas and oxygen is completed by automatic operation and control through the basic automation system. The top gun lifting drive is arranged above the vacuum tank and supported on the steel structure. The top gun is quickly installed on the lifting trolley with live joint bolts, and the lifting trolley runs smoothly on the guide rail. The top gun is driven by the reducer transmission device, chain, etc., the lifting speed is adjusted by the frequency conversion of the motor, and the limit switch is set at the terminal position of the lifting stroke. The top gun lifting device allows the top gun to have a large travel range in the baking state, which can effectively bake and heat the vacuum tank and maintain a high temperature, which can reduce the adhesion of cold steel and reduce the temperature loss of molten steel after treatment.
RH vacuum refinery preheat gun system
It is composed of preheating gun body, preheating gun lifting device, preheating cover and preheating gun control valve station.
The preheating gun body and preheating gun lifting device are installed above the vacuum tank in RH standby.
The preheating gun device is installed in the upper part of the preheating position of the vacuum tank, and the gun body enters the vacuum tank through the gun hole on the preheating cover. The preheating cover is fixed on the gun, and there are a total of 4 preheating positions in the vacuum tank, and each preheating position is set with 1 set of preheating gun devices.
The preheater is used for preheating the vacuum tank and the preheater burner automatically ignites on the operator chamber HMI. The high-pressure ignition gun is activated during ignition. The flame can be detected by a flame detector inside the protective sleeve, and the actual temperature of the tank during heating is measured by the thermocouple mounted on the tank.
