Q: What's the delivery time?
A: We send goods by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Air-cargo and so on.
1-3 working days for samples, 3-7 working days for bulk order. Custom paper box packaging will take around 7 working days after we confirm the final design.
Q: I received a defect products, what should i do?
A: We have strict quality inspection, from the materials to production to the final delivery, we ensure to improve the quality of products for customers. However, during transportation, long-distance transportation or violent unloading may cause products can't working.
If you met, please clarify your problems, and show us the picture and video. Don't worry, we will replace you with a new one for free.
Q: Can I have my logo on cartridge/battery/disposable pen? What's the process?
A: Sure, we also welcome OEM/ODM project on all products and packagings as well.
1) Send us your LOGO file in PDF or AI.
2) Tell us the detail location of product you wanna put the LOGO on.
3) We'll make the mock up for you to reference.
4) Sample making.
5) Confirm sample and start bulk production.
