1. Product Description
This YYQ Series (300Kg-7.5Ton) balancing machine is applicable for the balance measurement of various workpieces, such as medium-sized and large-sized motor rotors, impellers, fans, crankshaft, turbocharger, water pump, roller, grinding wheel, spindle of machine tool , textile machinery, tool, etc. It is belt-drive and is equipped with variable speed motor which ensures high precision balance measurement, quick set-up, easy operation and high efficiency.

2. Main Features:
2.1 This series of balancing machine adopts belt drive, easy to load and unload, high efficiency.
2.2 Belt drive does not have the residual unbalance of the universal coupling itself and the unbalance caused by the coupling fixture. So it can accurately measure the unbalance of the product.
2.3 The measuring system adopts a microcomputer measuring system. Speed, unbalance value and angle are displayed digitally. Unbalance value is directly displayed in "g", which is intuitive.
2.4 The equipment adopts piezoelectric (magnetoelectric) sensors, which have the advantages of large output, reliable performance and high sensitivity.
