Product Description

Introduction:
This automatic ampoule bottle liquid filling machine with bottle washing sealing labeling line is suitable for auto bottle, glass vial or jar packaging of various milk powder, coffee powder, protein powder, spice powder, cosmetic powder, nail beauty powder, dry powder, chemical powder, drinks powder production etc;
Note: small bottles/glass vials filling capping machine can be customized based on different bottles, caps & speed etc.
Ampoule filling production line is composed of ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer and ampoule filling and sealing machine. It can complete spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, air & water flushing of inner and outer wall of ampoule bottle, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), ampoule sealing and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line. The whole line is mainly used for ampoule injections filling in pharmaceutical factories and the general type can also be used for antibiotic vial injection filling or powder filling.

Performance features

1.The whole ampule bottle filling sealing machine meets new GMP requirements, and the cleaning effect meets the new pharmacopoeia standards and requirements.
2.The whole glass ampoule filling machine can adopt straight-line layout or wall-to-wall L-shaped layout to reduce risk of cross-contamination and ensure aseptic level.
3.High degree of automation, fewer operators required;
4.Various sealing gas supply methods such as natural gas or hydrogen and oxygen gas;
5.Optional real-time display and printing system of sterilization temperature;
6.The maximum sterilization temperature of hot air circulation tunnel oven is 350ºC;
7.The heat in the hot air circulation tunnel oven is evenly distributed, and the heat resources removal effect is good.


 

8.Optional open-RABS isolation protection system and class 100 laminar flow hood protection;
9.Optional high-performance no-bottle-no-filling function and squeeze stop function;
10.The filling machine can be equipped with online monitoring system to monitor key factors that affect product quality (such as dust particles, planktonic bacteria, wind speed, wind pressure, etc.).
11.Full-line linkage control and operation function;
12. To realize fully automatic control and monitor of production process, high precision colored touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control & automatic protection, main machine frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technology are used.

Production Procedures:

Step 1

Ultrasonic washing
It adopts washing technology of 2 water and 2 air on the outer wall and 3 water and 4 air on the inner wall.
6 groups of spraying needles have track washing, spray needles adopts full 316L stainless steel. Servo control system+ Guide sleeve and guide board give accurate position to the spray needle, effectively avoid needle damage caused by mismatch.
WFI and compressed air is intermittent, reduce the consumption.

Standard washing process:
1.Bottle spraying
2.Ultrasonic pre-washing
3.Recycled water: inside washing, outside washing
4.Compressed air: inside blowing
5.Recycled water: inside washing, outside washing
6.Compressed air: inside blowing
7.WFI: inside washing
8.Compressed air: inside blowing, outside blowing
9.Compressed air: inside blowing, outside blowing
 

Step 2

Sterilizing& Drying
The washed bottles enter into sterilizing &drying machine slowly uniformly through mesh belt. Pass through preheating zone, high temperature sterilizing zone, cooling zone gradually.
The moisture exhausting fan discharge the bottle vapor to outdoor, in high temperature zone, the bottles are sterilized about 5 minutes under 300-320ºC. The cooling zone cools the sterilized vials, and finally reach to technological requirement.
The whole drying and sterilizing process is operated under real time monitoring.
 

Step 3

Filling& Sealing
This machine adopts a transmission system of step-by-step with balcony structure.
The machine automatically finishes the whole production process:
Auger conveying---Front nitrogen charging (optional)---Solution filling---Rear nitrogen charging (optional)--- Preheating---Sealing---Counting---Finished products outputting.
