(2)Electric furnace construction
2.1 The overall dimensions of this cellar furnace are approximately 4.4 meters in length, with a heating zone of 2.7 meters, a preheating zone of 0.25 meters, a cooling zone of 0.25 meters, and a feeding and discharging table of 0.6 meters each
2.2 There are feeding and discharging systems in the front and back respectively. The entire furnace body is manufactured for easy installation.
2.3 The inlet and outlet tables are respectively installed in the front and rear of the furnace body for convenient loading and retrieval. The inlet and outlet tables are made of 304 stainless steel wire drawing plates, which are aesthetically pleasing.
2.4 The insulation structure adopts alumina ceramic fiber board to prevent heat leakage. Ceramic fiber board can make the electric furnace heat up faster and have a more significant insulation effect.
2.5 The feeding method is to place the product on the mesh belt of the feeding table, which is automatically brought into the furnace body by the mesh belt. The sintering process is completed from the preheating area, heating area, cooling area, to the discharge table (the cooling fan is driven above and can slide back and forth).
