    PET Resin is a high molecular weight polymer for general use in manufacturing containers. It can be used in the production of making packing bottles for carbonated soft drink like cola and 3-gallon, 5-gallon big bottles.
 

    The brand of product features low heavy metal content, low content of acetaldehyde. good color value. Stable viscosity and good for processing. With a unique process recipe and advanced production technology, strengthening the process control and quality management, the product with excellent isolation property is effective in protecting the carbon dioxide from leaking, good in pressure resistance, low temperature processing, wide scope in processing, excellent in transparency, high in finished product rate and can effectively prevent bottles from breaking for the carbonated drinks which are in storage period and under pressure.

    PET is divided into fiber grade polyester slice and non-fiber grade polyester slice. Fiber grade polyester is used to manufacture polyester staple fiber and polyester filament, which is the raw material for processing fiber and related products of polyester fiber enterprises.

    Dacron is the most productive variety in chemical fiber. Non-fiber polyester and bottle, film and other uses, widely used in the packaging industry, electronic appliances, medical and health, construction, automotive and other fields, packaging is the largest non-fiber polyester application market, but also the fastest growing PET field.

1. Good mechanical properties, impact strength is 3~5 times of other films, good folding resistance.

2. oil resistance, fat resistance, resistance to dilute acid, dilute alkali, resistance to most solvents.

3. Can be in 55-60ºC temperature range of long-term use, short-term use can withstand 65ºC high temperature, can withstand -70ºC low temperature, and high and low temperature has little impact on its mechanical properties.

4. Low permeability of gas and water vapor, both excellent resistance to gas, water, oil and odor performance.

5. High transparency, can block ultraviolet rays, good luster.

6. Non-toxic, tasteless, good health and safety, can be directly used for food packaging.


·Packed in 200 Litre HDPE drum or 1000 Litre IBC (Tote tank).

·Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.

·Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.


·In general, we use international express, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, TNT, etc.
